Overview
SalesJobs is a Norwegian recruitment agency specialising in commercial roles — sales, marketing and leadership — and has been a leading player in the field since 2012. The goal was a new website that presents their services more clearly, speaks to both employers and job seekers, and gives each industry and role its own landing page.
Scope: audit of the existing site, sitemap, wireframes, visual direction, UI design and components in Figma — delivered as a first design proposal to the client.
Starting point
I began by mapping every page of the existing salesjobs.no. Services, methods and company information were spread across deep menu levels under “How we work”, and there was no clear entry point for specific industries or roles.

A clearer structure
The new sitemap is organised around how customers actually search:
- Services — leadership recruitment, sales recruitment and advisory, plus how the process works.
- Industries — construction, industry, maritime, IT and technology, transport and retail.
- Roles — country manager, sales director, sales manager, key account manager, sales engineer and technical sales.
- Articles, About us and Search jobs — with “Contact us” always one click away.

Visual direction
The profile was refined rather than replaced: a deep green-navy base, the signature green, a neon lime accent and a strong orange for calls to action. Headings use Blauer Nue, body text uses Inter, with a clear type scale for desktop and mobile.

The homepage
The homepage leads with the core offer — sales and leadership recruitment — on top of real photography from the SalesJobs team, followed by the three services.
“Why choose us” turns the agency’s strengths into three short promises: specialists in sales and leadership recruitment, values-based matching, and an active sparring partner through the whole process.
Two audiences, two paths
Employers and job seekers get their own entry points side by side — “Hiring?” leads to contact, “Looking for a job?” leads to open positions — and every page ends with a simple contact form.

Industry and role pages
Each industry and role gets a dedicated landing page with a short pitch, a breadcrumb trail and six concrete reasons to choose SalesJobs in that market. The pages share one template, which makes them quick to produce and strong for search.

Komponenter
Everything is built from a shared component set — header with dropdown menus, buttons, cards, USP section, FAQ, customer reviews, CTA and footer — so new pages can be put together without new design work.
